01 Where is the clinic located? +
The clinic is located on the 4th floor of Samjeong Tower, 672 Jungang-daero, Busanjin-gu, Busan. It is approximately an 8-minute walk from Seomyeon Station Exit 2, or about 3 minutes from Seomyeon Mall Exit 16.
02 Do I need to make a reservation? +
We recommend making a reservation before your visit so that the consultation and treatment process can be arranged smoothly. You can contact the clinic in advance to discuss your preferred visit time.
03 What happens during the consultation? +
The treatment approach is based on your individual skin condition, facial features and concerns. The goal is to understand what you need first, then select an appropriate treatment rather than recommending unnecessary procedures.
04 What treatments are available? +
The clinic provides a broad range of aesthetic and dermatological treatments, including skin laser care, lifting and tightening, skin boosters, fillers, B-toxin treatments, acne and scar care, pigmentation care, skin texture treatments and facial contouring.
05 Can I choose my treatment before visiting? +
You may have a treatment in mind before your visit, but the most suitable option depends on your individual condition. A consultation allows the appropriate treatment and level of care to be considered for your needs.
06 Is the clinic easy to reach by public transportation? +
Yes. The clinic is approximately 432 meters from Seomyeon Station Exit 2 on Lines 1 and 2, which is around an 8-minute walk. It is also approximately 3 minutes on foot from Seomyeon Mall Exit 16.
07 Is parking available? +
Yes. Visitors can use the parking facility inside the building. Basic parking support includes 30 minutes free, with additional parking time support available depending on the treatment.
08 What are the clinic's opening hours? +
Current hours are Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM; Wednesday and Thursday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM; Saturday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM; and Sunday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Lunch hours are 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM on weekdays.
09 How can I contact the clinic? +
You can contact the clinic directly before your visit to ask about consultation, reservations and treatment options. For international patients, WhatsApp can also be used for convenient communication.
10 How do I know which treatment is right for me? +
There is no single treatment that is right for everyone. The clinic's approach is to consider your skin condition, concerns and desired level of change before selecting an appropriate treatment. The focus is on precise, individualized care rather than unnecessary treatment.
